Causes, Consequences and Strategies for Curbing Sexual Harassment in Tertiary Institutions in Kwara State

This paper examines the causes, consequences and strategies for curbing sexual harassment in tertiary institutions Kwara State. The study consisted of a sample size 630 female students from three selected Ilorin metropolis. instrument used was questionnaire titled “Causes, Consequences Strategies Curbing Sexual Harassment”. data collected analysed using One-way Analysis Variance (ANOVA). results findings revealed that there is no significant difference Based on findings, this recommended, among others, should be an orientation course to sensitize their rights obligations within which issues must featured; provide frameworks would allow staff dialogue issue harassment; higher have written policy disciplining any erring matters bordering harassment.
